Presenter Guidelines

ORAL ABSTRACT AND SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Please note that Apple Keynote files are not supported. We strongly recommend downloading and using the official ISEE 2024 PowerPoint template, which you can access by clicking here.

All speakers are kindly requested to upload their presentations in the Speakers’ Ready Room (O’Higgins – Lobby Level) at least 3 hours before their session starts. If your session is the first in the morning, please ensure your presentation is uploaded the day before.

If you need to use your own Apple computer to present your slides, we will provide a connection at the technical desk in each hall. Please make sure to bring any necessary converters and adapters for the HDMI input in the hall.

Please note that presenter notes view won’t be available during the sessions. Please bring your notes with you, preferably on paper.

ORAL DISCUSSION POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• Posters should be prepared in portrait format of dimensions NO MORE than 90 cm (height) x 70 cm (width).

• Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster.
• Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters.

• All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area.
• Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters.
• All posters must be written entirely in English.
• Posters should be displayed on the assigned day. 
• Posters that are not taken down from the poster boards by the dismantle deadline will be taken down and discarded by the organization.
