Booking Terms & Conditions
– The rates are in US Dollars and include one night’s stay, WIFI, buffet breakfast, and taxes.
– Please note the check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 12:00.

– Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after the total amount is received via bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservations
– Until June 20, 2024: The total payment will be fully refundable.
– On and after June 21, 2024: The total payment will be non-refundable.

The official currency of ISEE 2024 is the US Dollar.

Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange rate on the payment and the Annual Conference Organizing Secretariat does not have any control over the application.
