*Member Registration fees are applicable only if membership status is active at the dates of the Conference. Membership status will be verified and followed up by the ISEE Office. Please address ISEE Office at secretariat@iseepi.org for membership queries.
*Student Registration Fees: A valid Student’s ID Card must be provided through the online registration process. The Conference Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case relevant documentation is missing or not valid.
*Emeritus Fees: Please complete the Emeritus Membership request form (pdf) verifying that you are not professionally active or earning a professional salary. Emeritus Membership is available only to eligible current and past members. Please e-mail the completed form to secretariat@iseepi.org
*Subsidized/Early Career Registration Fees are available to delegates who meet one of the following criteria: Temporary Financial Hardship or New Researcher (less than 5 years of experience from terminal degree). Proof of degree completion is required to be provided through the online registration process.
The Conference Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case relevant documentation is missing or not valid.
*Government Registration Fees are available for non-academics, i.e., in positions where one is either considered a civil servant or if the government agency does not cover the costs of professional memberships. Confirmation of your status needs to be provided through the online registration process.

* Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, Welcome Reception, ISEE Annual Conference Dinner.
* All prices are inclusive of taxes.
Notice for INVOICE revision requests
Any modification of VAT number, address or financial documentation, requested after the issuing of the invoice or receipt, will result in an administrative fee of 50 USD.
Notice for Badge Printing Service (In-person)
Participants receive their name badges at the registration counter. The name badges must be worn in a visible manner by all participants throughout the Event. Access to the Event will be denied without a name badge. A processing fee of 30 USD will be charged for reissuing the name badge.
Letter of Confirmation:
A confirmation letter will be e-mailed within 48 hours once the Conference Secretariat receives the full payment of the registration fee. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive our confirmation email within 15 minutes after paying by credit card.
Cancellation of Registration:
* Cancellation of in-person attendance: No refund will be granted, and full cancellation fees will apply; only conversion to virtual attendance is possible.
* Cancellation of virtual attendance: No refund will be granted if the registration category was previously changed from in-person to virtual. Until June 26, 2024; the registration fee will be refunded with a 65.- USD deduction for administrative expenses. On and after June 27, 2024; no refund will be granted.
Changing in-person attendance to virtual:
* Until June 26, 2024; you will be able to change your registration category without a penalty. The difference between in-person & virtual registration fees will be refunded to you.
* On and after June 27, 2024; an administrative fee of 65.- USD will be deducted from your refund.
Changing virtual attendance to in-person:
* Until June 26, 2024; you will be able to change your registration category without a penalty. The difference between virtual & in-person registration fees will be invoiced to you and must be paid before the annual conference begins.
* On and after June 27, 2024; an administrative fee of 65.- USD will be added to the amount you will be invoiced for the difference between virtual & in-person registration fees (The difference will be calculated based on regular or late/onsite fees, depending on the date the change was requested)
Pre-conference workshop:
No refund will be granted, and full cancellation fees apply after 30 April 2024.
Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen nutugen@kenes.com
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is US Dollars.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company and/or bank cheques.
Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate the card number, expiry date, and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control over the application.
Bank transfer payment:
Participants preferring bank transfer payment are required to send the proof of payment to the Conference Organizing Secretariat. Please include transfer charges to the total amount that you will transfer. Conference Organizing Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.
